(EOI)- Provident Fund Management at Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO): (Deadline 2 November 2020)
VSO is a global volunteer organization whose mission has been to bring people together to fight poverty through the lasting power of volunteering.
We will be running a tender process with the intention of awarding a contract for the provision of provident fund management and are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced/qualified organizations.
VSO’s requirements:
Since 2010, VSO Rwanda has operated a pension fund scheme for its staff. This is a scheme that provides a framework through which staff are able to save some percentage of their salary with an equivalent contribution by the organization. Through the years this fund has grown substantially, and we would like to find a suitable insurance firm or bank that would effectively manage the fund and maximize profitability to the staff.
Scope of assignment
We are soliciting for an institution that will manage these funds profitably to the benefit of our staff. The scope of work will involve risk management of the firm and constant engagement with beneficiaries as shall be proved appropriate in the relationship.
Expressions of interest: all expressions of interest must be received by VSO on 2nd November 2020 and must be submitted electronically (emailed) to the following email addresses Richard.musuhuke@vsoint.org and tenderrwanda@vsoint.org. The EOI must include a contact name, institution name, Institution address, phone, and email address.
Tender documents: tender documents will be sent to those who expressed an interest, following the close of the EOI period.
Anticipated contract start date: 1st January 2021.
VSO reserves the right not to award a contract.
