What You’ll Be Doing

Support preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities

Perform root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures for equipment downtime

Work with maintenance technicians on mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and welding systems

Assist in press inspections, HVAC repairs, and facilities maintenance

Use basic shop equipment and electronics to support fabrication and installation tasks
Who Should Apply
To be eligible, candidates must:
Education & Status

Be enrolled in a technical associate degree or certificate program (e.g. Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Welding)

Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

Be classified as a freshman or higher, available for a minimum 10‑week term
Skills & Knowledge

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Familiarity with industrial safety standards and industrial math

Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Work Schedule & Compensation
