Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for executive support and team development? Valuetec is looking for an Executive & HR Coordinator to support our leadership and help build a strong, engaged, and high-performing team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to the Managing Director (calendar management, meeting coordination, communication follow-ups)
Represent the company with clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional and responsive manner
Support HR functions: onboarding, employee retention, documentation, internal communications
Coordinate office operations, maintain filing systems, and ensure daily administrative efficiency
Utilize CRM and AI tools to improve internal workflows and productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
2–3 years of experience in executive assistance, administration, or HR support
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid driver’s licenseis required.
Highly organized, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism.
