Expression of Interest for Supply and Delivery of Packaged Meat for End-of-year Staff Distribution to Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Ltd (Deadline: 17 November, 2025)

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PACKAGED MEAT FOR END-OF-YEAR STAFF DISTRIBUTION TO TRINITY NYAKABINGO MINE LTD.

Trinity Nyakabingo Mine invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of packaged meat for the annual end-of-year staff supply & distribution. This initiative aims to recognize and appreciate our workforce with high-quality meat products delivered in accordance with strict standards of hygiene, packaging, and transportation.

Scope of Supply:

The selected supplier will be expected to:

• Provide assorted meat (beef) in quantities specified as follows; (1,800 Staff with 5Kgs/Person). This totals up to 9,000 Kgs.
• Ensure all meat is fresh, well-packaged, and clearly labeled with product type, weight, and expiry date.
• Maintain cold chain integrity from source to delivery point using appropriate refrigeration methods.
• Comply with national food safety standards and meat hygiene regulations.
• Deliver to Trinity Nyakabingo Mine site in a timely and organized manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Interested suppliers must demonstrate:

• Valid registration and certification for meat supply, handling and distribution.
• Proven track record in supplying meat products to corporate or institutional clients (3 work completion certificates).
• Access to refrigerated transport and storage facilities.
• Compliance with packaging standards that ensure product safety and presentation.
• Ability to meet delivery timelines and respond to logistical challenges.

• Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Site
  Shyorongi Sector, Northern Province, Rwanda

All interested parties should submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Cover Letter introducing your Company expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
• Proven track record in supplying meat products to corporate or institutional clients (3 work completion certificates).
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
• VAT Registration by RRA.
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA.

Submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.com  by not later than 17th November 2025 at 11:00AM Local time.

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 17th November 2025 will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
