The IAEA invites early career professionals, interested in emergency preparedness and response topics, to submit an entry that demonstrates their understanding and creative interpretation of key ideas, concepts, tools, techniques, strategies, frameworks, or takeaways from the following list of IAEA EPR publications:
- Preparedness and Response for a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency Combined with Other Incidents or Emergencies.
- Considerations in the Development of a Protection Strategy for a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.
- Preparation, Conduct and Evaluation of Exercises to Test Preparedness for a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response Information Management System (EPRIMS).
- Method for Developing a Communication Strategy and Plan for a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.
- Communication with the Public in a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.
- Manual for First Responders to a Radiological Emergency.
- Guidance for Medical Physicists Responding to a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.
- Generic Procedures for Medical Response During a Nuclear or Radiological Emergency.

Requirements for International Conference on Nuclear and Radiological Emergencies Qualification
- The contest is open to individuals aged 18 to 35 who are nationals of IAEA Member States.
- Participants must submit their entries individually; group submissions are not permitted.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
- Visual clarity and design quality.
- Originality and creativity
- Technical accuracy
- Overall impact and effectiveness in communicating EPR concepts.
