Introduction

SCOPE OF TENDER.

The Service Provider will:

• Mobilize qualified Investment Analysts, with a mix of English- and French-speaking capacity.
• Ensure analysts build financial models using UNCDF-provided  templates, integrating:

o    Historical data provided by the companies (usually 3 years) o       Key assumptions and forecasts o       Financial projections (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) o           UNCDF concessional loan terms (interest rate, maturity, grace period)

•      Provide at least two versions of each model:

o    Version 1 (V1): A preliminary model submitted with questions or data gaps noted.

o    Version 2 (V2): A final model revised after UNCDF provides feedback (if necessary).

• Ensure no direct interaction between analysts and companies; UNCDF will act as the sole intermediary.
• Coordinate with UNCDF for internal Quality Assurance (QA) based on an agreed SLA annex.
