| TITLE OF TENDER: Framework agreement for maintenance, repair of medical equipment and spare parts supply for Mugonero Adventist Hospital
The Mugonero Hospital hereby invites the companies eligible, qualified and specialized in that field to submit their offers for maintenance, repair of medical equipment and spare parts supply as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. The contract will be a framework agreement for one year. The tender comprises of 4 lots as are detailed in Tender document. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field. The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of (10,200frws) paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.
All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before 27/08/2020at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 10:30am, local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.The language of bids is English. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement.
