The Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for a Framework Contract for Providing Unarmed Security Services to Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
The tender comprises of one lot and participation is open on equal conditions to all firms specialized in the field. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the procurement procedures manual of REG as updated to date.
Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 19/03/2021, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali. Tel. 7889222960, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda.
All enquiries and additional information regarding this tender may be obtained from the address mentioned above. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 16/04/2021 at 9:30 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person in the meeting room, on ground floor at EUCL Head Offices at 10:00 am local time on the same day 16/04/2021.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Three Million Five Hundred Rwandan Francs (3,500,000Rwf), with validity of 150 days, issued by any reputable financial institution recognised in Rwanda. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission.
The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
