French Government’s MOPGA Scholarship Program 2026 for Postdoctoral Researchers (Fully Funded in France): (Deadline: 12 December 2025)
Applications are now open for the 2026 French Government’s Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Scholarship Program.
Launched in 2018, this program supports international early-career researchers who want to contribute to research on climate change, environmental issues, and sustainability in collaboration with top French research institutions.

Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be non-French citizens.
-
Hold a PhD degree obtained after December 2020 and before December 2025.
-
Not have resided in France more than 90 days between Sept. 12th, 2025 and Dec. 12th, 2025.
Fellowship Benefits

Monthly allowance: €2,500
-
Installation grant: €500 (one-time)

Duration: 12 months
