Front Desk Officer in National Reference Lab at RWANDA BIO MEDICAL CENTER(RBC): (Deadline 23 August 2022)

Job description

– Back-up archive test results and diagnostic reports
– Perform tasks as required by the lab supervisors (i.e. supervision, training, temperature monitoring of cold chain, equipment preventive maintenance, lab hygiene and safety, etc.)
– Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at NRL
– Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
– Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
– Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
– Maintain Front office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
– Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc…

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced Diploma in Office Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Communication

  • Advanced Diploma in Marketing

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in Customer Relations

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management

    0 Year of relevant experience

  • Advanced Diploma in hospitality institutional management
