- Also, open to all Private and Polytechnic Diploma holders
- Academic Records of Polytechnic Diploma (GPA 3.0) or GCE ‘A’ Level (Average Grade B) or equivalent
- Likewise, participation in Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) or equivalent
- Furthermore, exhibit leadership qualities
- Similarly, submit Scholarship essay (500 words or more)

- Likewise, letter of Offer from PSB Academy
- Academic Records of Polytechnic Diploma (GPA 3.0) or GCE ‘A’ Level (Average Grade B) or equivalent
