Selected participants gain access to prizing, mentorship, and resources valued at up to CAD $90,000. Semi-finalists receive paid travel to semi-final events, personalized mentorship, and networking opportunities with potential funders. Finalists compete for one of three prize packages, each offering financial support (~CAD $30,000), mentorship, PR exposure, performance coaching, and participation in educational programs to accelerate business growth.

Applicants must be legal residents of Canada and self-identify as women, non-binary, or trans-femme. Eligible businesses must be majority or equally owned by the applicant, actively led by them, and registered in Canada. Organizations cannot be registered charities or non-profits. Applicants should have at least six months of business development or market research, a growing team (minimum one additional full- or part-time team member), and a proof of concept or early customer validation. Businesses must be planning to raise external capital within the next 12 months and be able to participate in in-person semi-final events in Toronto or Vancouver, as well as the finale event.
