The Mundus MAPP is a prestigious two-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programme in Public Policy. Delivered by a consortium of four elite European universities—CEU (Austria), ISS (Netherlands), IBEI (Spain), and the University of York (UK)—it combines cross-cultural training, immersive academia, and policy immersion.
Mobility Tracks & Study Structure
Choose one of four tailored tracks:
- CEU–IBEI: Global Public Policy
- CEU–York: European Public Policy
- ISS–IBEI: Political Economy & Development
- ISS–York: Governance & Development
Typical study sequence:
- Year 1: CEU (Austria) or ISS (Netherlands)
- Year 2: IBEI (Spain) or York (UK)

1. Erasmus Mundus (EMJM) Full Scholarship
- €1,400 monthly stipend (up to €33,600 total)
- Full tuition waiver
- Contribution toward travel, visa, installation, and subsistence costs

- 50% tuition waiver—no stipend included

Eligibility & Required Documents
- Open to all nationalities with a bachelor’s degree (social sciences preferred)
- Strong academic record, personal statement, CV, recommendations, and proof of English (if required)
- No work experience required—statement of purpose is critical

- 10 December 2025 – Deadline for scholarship applicants and early self-funded applicants
- 15 April 2026 – Non-EU/EEA applicants without funding request
- 1 July 2026 – EU/EEA applicants without funding
