Geospatial Technology Consulting Firm for Land Use Change Detection at UNDP Rwanda (Deadline: 22 August, 2025)

The consulting firm will assess the impact of land use master plans and develop a comprehensive Land Use Change Detection and Monitoring System for Rwanda’s districts. Over a period of 4 months, the consulting firm is planning, developing, and deploying a fully operational AI-powered monitoring system. The consulting firm is expected to work with the National Land Authority, Ministry of Infrastructure, Rwanda Space Agency, and ESRI Rwanda in the process of developing the system.
