Government of Japan – Government of Rwanda Scholarships: (Deadline 14 June 2021)
The Higher Education Council (HEC) wishes to inform the general public that, through the Bilateral Cooperation between the Government of Rwanda and the Government of Japan, the latter has offered scholarships for 2022 to Rwandans students in the following categories:
• Undergraduate Students
• Research Students
• College of Technology Students
• Specialized Training College Students
Interested candidates should find the application forms and other relevant information on the annex attached herewith.
A complete application file should be submitted online to HECMIS using the link: http://mis.hec.gov.rw/system-login not later than 14/6/2021.
