Eligibility
- The applicant may come from any nationality.
- The applicant must be a student or graduate of fewer than 2 years from UL or
- be an entrepreneur team consisting of a UL student or graduate member or

- The applicant may be enrolled in any of the undergraduate, postgraduate, or research degree programs at the university.
