The Fully Funded Harvard Academy Scholars Program in the USA is open to applicants from all nationalities. Eligibility of Harvard Academy Scholars Program
- Applicants can be from any part of the world.
- Harvard Academy Scholars Program is open to people who have recently completed or are near to completing a PhD or equivalent doctoral program (SJD and DPhil included) in the social sciences.
- Applicants must be promising in their careers.
- Harvard Academy Scholars Program will privilege those who know the foreign language, history and culture of different countries.
- Only scholars in the fields of social sciences and law are eligible.
- The PhD completion date must be within the past two years of the starting date, i.e., 1 August 2025. For applicants applying for the 20 September 2024 deadline, you must have completed your PhD after 31 July 2023.
- PhD candidates near dissertation completion must submit degree conferral documentation issued by their university registrar’s office by 30 June 2025 for the 1 August 2025 start date.
- Finalists must be able to attend a personal interview in December 2024. The Harvard Academy will pay for hotel accommodations and travel expenses for the finalists to interview in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
