Eligibility Criteria

• You must be currently enrolled in a two- or four-year U.S. undergraduate institution when the conference takes place.
• You need to be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, DACA recipient, or non-citizen U.S. national.
• By the time of the conference, you must have completed at least two academic semesters at a two- or four-year U.S. institution.
• You cannot be scheduled to receive your bachelor’s degree during the 2025-2026 academic year.
• You should have a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
• You must show a strong dedication to public service.
