The Health Equity Accelerator Leadership (HEAL) Fellowship is a transformative leadership development program designed for passionate Nigerian university students committed to advancing health equity in their communities. Through a structured curriculum of mentorship, research, and hands-on projects, the HEAL Fellowship empowers future health leaders to address disparities and promote sustainable health solutions.
Participants will gain practical experience in health advocacy, collaborate with like-minded peers, and work directly on impactful health initiatives. The program not only develops leadership skills but also creates opportunities for students to drive meaningful change in healthcare, both locally and globally.
