| TITLE: HIRING A COMPANY TO SUPPLY AND INSTALL OF PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS AND COMPUTERS FOR ADVENTURE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
PROCURING ENTITY: RWANDA DEVELOPMENT BOARD PROCUREMENT METHOD: NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING
SOURCE OF FINANCING: GIZ GRANT Rwanda Development Board (RDB) seeks to hire a well experienced company to Supply and Install Professional Cameras and Accessories and Computers for Adventure Tourism Development. It is in that regards, Rwanda Development Board invites all companies capable to execute the above mentioned tender to submit their bids as indicated in the technical specifications compliance. The tender is distributed into one indivisible lot; only companies are eligible to submit their bids for their entire Lot. The tender document may be obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. However, for submission of the bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee worth Five Thousand (5,000) Rwandan francs deposited to the account number of Rwanda Revenue authority, opened at any commercial bank. All bids accompanied by a bid security of 590,000 Rfw which will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above before 15/03/2021 at 10h00 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:30 am, local time. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. |
