Hiring a Creative Design and Videography Company to Design UMWALIMU SACCO Adverts in a Form of Graphics, Animations and Videos: (Deadline 9 April 2021)

In order to strengthen its marketing and advertising activities with the aim of sustaining and further rebuilding its corporate image to attain the desired brand equity; Umwalimu SACCO is seeking to source/hire a qualified and eligible graphic and creative design company, to be responsible for its marketing and advertising activities using graphic designs and animated audio-visual adverts as indicated in terms of reference.
This document outlines the terms of reference for the appointment of service providers for the supply of graphic and creative/concept design adverts to UMWALIMU SACCO as-and-when a need arises, for a period of three (3) years.
The selected company is expected to offer services to the Cooperative for a period of at least 3 years, which at the discretion of the cooperative may be extended for a further period of up to 3 years at the agreement of both parties and depending on satisfactory performance.
This tender has 2 separate LOTS and shall be on a framework contract where by the financial proposals shall be unit price quotation for each art work to be designed and produced with related services.
Tender Document in English may be obtained on any working day from UMWALIMU SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO – GASABO – KIGALI; Street No: KG 205ST with effect from 19/03/2021 upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) on account No 010-5008448- 01- 86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I &M Bank.
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” equivalent to Rwandan francs 1,000,000 for each lot.

Well printed bids, properly bound, signed by the competent representative and stamped presented in three copies one of which is the original addressed to the Director General of UMWALIMU SACCO must reach the UMWALIMU SACCO Head office in the General Secretariat at the address mentioned above not later than 9/04/2021 at 10:00am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at UMWALIMU SACCO’s Conference room at the Headquarters KIMIRONKO near REB building on the same date at 10:30am local time.
- The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
