TITLE OF THE TENDER: HIRING INSURANCE COMPANY FOR RMI MOVABLE AND IMMOVABLE ASSETS ,Rwanda Management Institute hereinafter called ‘’Client” through his Internal Generated Revenues. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this bidding document is issued. The Rwanda Management Institute invites qualified bidders to submit bids for HIRING INSURANCE COMPANY FOR RMI MOVABLE AND IMMOVABLE ASSETS as detailed in the statement of requirements. Bidding will be conducted on national competitive method and is open to all bidders as defined in the bidding document. Tender document is available on E-procurement system through www.umucyo.gov.rw for free of charge only interested consultant should pay five thousand (5,000 Rwf) to the accounts of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at any commercial bank.All Bids shall be accompanied by a signed declaration of commitment to abide by procurement proceedings; The tender document may be obtained from Rwanda E-Procurement system (www.umucyo.gov.rw).Compulsory site visit on above said tender is scheduled on 22/02/2021 as stated in the tender documents. For the submission purposes, all proposals will be submitted online using the e-Procurement system mentioned above before 08th March 2021 at 10:00a.m. Late proposals will not be accepted by the system. Proposals will be opened automatically by e-Procurement system on the same day 08th March 2021 at 10h: 30 am, local time. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to E-procurement system (umucyo.gov.rw) Bids must be delivered on e-Procurement System on the date shown in the system. Late bids will be rejected.Bids will be opened through E-Procurement system on the date and time shown in the e Procurement system.
