Duties and Responsibilities for HR General staff officer:

Education background and experience
- Should possess at least a bachelor degree in Human resource or Administration from a recognized university
- Experience of 2-5 years of experience in the related field
Language Proficiency
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Functional competencies and skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze and participate in the resolution of issues/problems.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Excellent analytical skills for the review and assessments of sites situations
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), database applications, spreadsheet and graphics presentations - Takes responsibility for incorporating gender perspectives and ensuring the equal participation of women and men in all areas of work.
