• Nationality: Must be a citizen of Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam.
• Age: 35 years old or younger.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of full-time professional job experience.

How to Apply for the IATSS Forum Program

Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form
Once you receive the application form from your country’s contact person, fill it out completely and honestly. Be clear and specific about your background, experience, and motivation.

Step 4: Prepare the Required Documents
Make sure to gather all supporting documents—such as your resume, recommendation letters, and other necessary forms. Missing documents may result in disqualification.

Step 5: Submit Your Application by the Deadline
Submit everything to your country’s contact person by the deadline they give you. Deadlines may vary depending on the country, so act early.

Step 6: Wait for Screening and Selection
After submission, your application will go through national screening. If shortlisted, you may be contacted for an interview or further information.

Step 7: Final Selection by IATSS Forum in Japan
If you pass the national stage, your documents will be reviewed by the IATSS Forum Secretariat in Japan. Final decisions will be announced afterward.
