Applications are now open for the 2025 INMA Africa Emerging Leaders Programme. The INMA Africa Emerging Leaders programme aims to identify and recognise the next generation of news media leaders currently below today’s senior management ranks – and provide bridges to global programming that will springboard them to future leadership.
Requirements

- Must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa
- Must be below age 35
- Must be below senior management level
- Must aspire to learn more about the business of news
- Must aim to be a future news media leader
- Must be based in Africa full-time
- Cannot be part of ownership
