| Rwanda Environment Management Authority hereby invites all interested and qualified individual consultants to submit their expression of interest on the tender of International consultant in environmental economics and private sector for LDCF II Project.
The deadline for submission is 12/03/2021 at 10h00 in the e-procurement system. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 10h30 in the e-procurement system. For submission of the bids, all interested bidders must submit a Bid Security of Seven hundred sixty four thousand Rwandan Francs (764,000Rwf Rwf) issued by a bank or from any other reputable insurance company. All interested consultants may obtain further information and clarification by writing using the e-procurement system not later than fifteen (15) days before the deadline of the submission. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement. Terms of reference detailing the scope of assignment and qualification requirements are attached in the e-procurement system for your consideration.
