About the Role:
TTL Transport LTD is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Agent to support our services. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with booking rides, and ensure a smooth and efficient communication process between customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with taxi bookings
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and estimated arrival times
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate schedules in real-time
- Record and update trip details and customer information in the system
- Maintain communication with drivers to ensure timely service
- Promote excellent customer experience and resolve issues effectively
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills in French, English (and Kinyarwanda is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch or booking software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
