CNN Paris is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join its newsroom team for a dynamic and immersive internship experience starting in September 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with one of the world’s leading international news organizations, working at the heart of Europe’s media landscape.
As an intern with CNN Paris, you will support editorial teams in researching, producing, and coordinating news coverage for a global audience. This internship is a fantastic chance to see firsthand how a major international newsroom operates, contribute to impactful journalism, and grow your professional skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with editorial research and story development
- Supporting news gathering and production tasks
- Helping prepare scripts, translations, or briefings for news coverage
- Monitoring news wires and French-language media sources
- Assisting correspondents and producers with on-location shoots or interviews
- Other newsroom duties as required
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for journalism, current affairs, and international news
- Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Must have a valid French convention de stage (i.e., be enrolled as a university student in France, as internships in France legally require a university agreement)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
