Invitation to Tender
“Internet Service Provision”
1. Purpose of the call for tenders
The purpose of this consultation is to select an internet access provider for network coverage within its establishment.
2. Type of supplier sought
Only legally established companies with proven experience in providing internet services are eligible to bid.
3. Specifications
The specifications are available at the School reception or upon request by email to: logistique@ebkrw.org
4. Method of submitting bids — “Technical Offer” and “Financial Offer”
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the reception of the School located in Gisozi, marked:
“Offer for the provision of internet connection”
The envelope must contain the technical offer and the financial offer separately.
5. Filing deadline and procedures
Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals no later than November 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM to the following address: KG 784 St, No. 4, Gisozi, Gasabo .
The results will be communicated during the week following receipt of the bids.
