JOB AT Ampersand Rwanda Ltd : Charging Station Associate : ( Deadline : 25 May 2019 )
Moto drivers using Ampersand motorcycles get “fuel” by coming to our charging station and swapping a battery instead of refueling a petrol tank. The Charging Station Associates are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day execution that keeps our motar customers on the road. These people will oversee our charging station, which acts as a “refueling” point for driver and a central logistics hub for maintaining our network of batteries – keeping them charged and in the right places throughout our operating hours.
Qualifications:
This entry level role would suit a recent graduate or someone with 2-3 years of job experience. Prior experience in logistics is a plus but not strictly required. This is a career track role. Demonstrating strong skills in this role could lead to advancement into other parts of the company.
Strong academic record
Basic Excel skills
Physical work – a successful candidate must be able to be on their feet during the day and physically fit, and happy to spend time outdoors. Women encouraged to apply.

Good people skills and customer-service oriented.
Humility / Flexibility. This is a start-up company with a fast-paced environment. Job duties may evolve quickly.

Hours: Shift work – 6 am to 3 pm M-Sa or 2pm-11pm M-Sa. Hours may change in the future.
