BRALIRWA Plc seeks to fill the position of a Security Officer in Security Department, on temporary terms.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Gisenyi
Key responsibilities:
Provide coaching and supervision of security guards provided by the contractual company
Ensure proper operation of all safety equipment
Check and ensure that the products and/or outgoing packages are sold and authorized
Supervise and monitor the recording of all inbound & outbound products and packaging into the company systems
Give the necessary support in case there are investigations required
Prevent and deter intrusion and / or theft and mitigate all risks that would result into accidents in the Plant
Ensure the good reception and orientation of visitors and employees through coordination with the Reception attendants
Oversee the safety agenda in a legal framework
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Skills and Experience
Must have a minimum secondary diploma in Law, IT, Administrative or Political Sciences, Military Science, or any other related field.
Working Experience of 3 years in Security Company.
Working knowledge of MS Office packages-Word & Excel.
Must have language proficiency in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
Must have a Rwandan driving license Category B
Having done military or police service is an added value
