JOB AT NATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICE : Logistics Officer of Nyamagabe : ( Deadline : 07 June 2019 )

Job Description

Establish a database of specifications of equipment’s used at Rehabilitation Center and potential suppliers
Establish tables of constant price changes;
Prepare files relating to procurement;
Prepare requests for needed items with in the Center.
Manage and maintain movable and immovable properties of the NRS.
Ensures cleanliness of Agency offices and surroundings.
Ensures security of Agency offices and property.
Ensure smooth and orderly supply of refreshments, office stationery and materials to members of staff.
Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, , etc,
Completes all necessary paperwork/stock cards for stock items received
Issues supplies, materials, and equipment to users
Completes all necessary paperwork/stock cards for stock items issued.
Provide Weekly, monthly reports of store situation,
Maintains records and coordinates the periodic safety inspection of items received or returned
Recording and maintenance of materials and equipment located in a storeroom or warehouse
