Job Description
Maintain installation of water;
Maintain all water tanks
Repair any break down of water or plumbing installation;
Regular checking of plumbing appliances and generators;
Prepare technical specifications of plumbing equipment’s or spare parts to be procured;
Monitor the supply and usage of water within the center
Maintain the electricity installation channels of the Center;
Repair any electricity break down;
Replacement of bulbs, sockets etc, if any;
Regular checking of electrical appliances and generators;
Prepare technical specifications of electrical equipment’s or spare parts to be procured;
Monitor the supply and usage of electricity within the center
