Job Description
– Elaborate technical specifications and terms of references for technical studies of affordable housing projects;
– Guide the consultant to ensure the quality of structural design in technical studies of affordable housing projects ;
– Conduct structural analysis of the approved typology for affordable housing projects;
– Ensure the validation of deliverables and their availability to the purpose;
– Assist investors in affordable housing projects for design related matters;
– Conduct the feasibility studies and ensure the availability of terms of references for the new affordable housing projects;
– Prepare the terms of reference for the recruitment of the consultant in charge of supervision of affordable housing projects;
– Conduct the research for development and promotion of local and affordable building materials and technologies.
Job Profile
A0 in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Technology or A1 Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Technology with 3 years of working experience
