14. Position: M&E Coordinator (DM&E)
Based in Huye
Key responsibilities include;
Develop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the projects and consulting with program team and partners
Engage with IPs to collect and manage essential data of their respective projects
To supervise regular data collections through implementing GNR projects and ensure a quality of the data by random verifications and validations
To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
Ensure that the implementation of field activities adheres to GNR’s monitoring and evaluation system
Support GNR in conducting baseline surveys where it is needed
Assist project managers in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations (mid-term and end-line)
Assist Managers in conducting program data review
Support GNR in designing and disseminating research studies by providing relevant input
Qualifications and skills;
The candidate must have a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Development Studies, Social Science, knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and evaluation, understanding of the current M&E trends and especially M&E systems in development organizations.
Experience: minimum of 2 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation experience in monitoring and evaluating social projects, the experience of field data collection, experience of report writing.
Monitoring and evaluation techniques and processes, data collection and management, analytical and research skills, good command over report writing in English, good interpersonal skills, excellent computer knowledge with command on all MS Office and statistics program (ie. SPSS)

Key responsibilities included;
Under immediate supervision of AD Manager, he/she will:
Handle all the procurements for the organization ;
Advise and assist the organization in preparing all the necessary documents including but not limited to call for expressions of interest, bid packages, bid document preparation, evaluation reports and publication of the outcome of the tendering process and follow up on contract management;
Take the full responsibility for attending the procurement processes, ensuring that all steps are properly undertaken, and procurement files are maintained in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations of the GNI, Government of Rwanda and other development partners’ requirements;
Track all organization’s procurements, contracts, identify all related issues and resolve them on time in consultation with the relevant office or authority;
Establish a database of qualified suppliers/ service providers with brief notes on the signed contracts, their timelines and update regularly the database;
Be present during the opening of bids, write minutes for an opening session, evaluation report, and prepare all the required documents like No-objection( if required); notification letters, etc.
Execute any other assignment as requested by the Administration Manager or other competent organizational authorities.
Qualifications and skills;
Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or Purchase Management, supply chain management, Economics or any other field degree directly related to procurement or purchase;
Have a very high level of integrity, zero tolerance for corruption and be disciplined;
Have at least 2 years’ working experience in public procurement or big organizations in a procuring entity;
Have Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to write clear and concise reports and able to make an effective presentation;

Key responsibilities include;
Develop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the projects and consulting with program team and partners
Engage with IPs to collect and manage essential data of their respective projects
To supervise regular data collections through implementing GNR projects and ensure a quality of the data by random verifications and validations
To record, manage and preserve monitoring and evaluation data in a safe and accessible way
To analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
Ensure that the implementation of field activities adheres to GNR’s monitoring and evaluation system
Support GNR in conducting baseline surveys where it is needed
Assist project managers in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations (mid-term and end-line)
Assist Managers in conducting program data review
Support GNR in designing and disseminating research studies by providing relevant input
Qualifications and skills;
The candidate must have a degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Development Studies, Social Science, knowledge and understanding of project monitoring and evaluation, understanding of the current M&E trends and especially M&E systems in development organizations.
Experience: minimum of 2 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation experience in monitoring and evaluating social projects, the experience of field data collection, experience of report writing.
Monitoring and evaluation techniques and processes, data collection and management, analytical and research skills, good command over report writing in English, good interpersonal skills, excellent computer knowledge with command on all MS Office and statistics program (ie. SPSS)
