REPORT TO: Retailer managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Present, promote and sell our product and services
- Develop a good relationship with customers entering in our shops for future sales.
- Understanding very well the functionality of our products and give details to the customers
- Maintaining good customer care in the shop at a higher level.
- Working towards the shop’s targets.
- Giving feedback about customers’ needs on time.
JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Experience of above 1 year working as a promoter or other related position.
- Having an academic certificate from A2 and above
- Having good communication skills.
- Updated non-criminal certificate
- A Commitment to Excellent customer service.
- Must-know language at least English, French and local language Kinyarwanda.
- Have knowledge on electronic devices
- Outgoing and friendly.

DIVISION: Finance
REPORT TO: Finance Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Cash flow management
- Control of the company’s expenses
- Processing of refunds and exchanges and resolving financial complaints.
- Checking prices and quantities accurately, collect and process payment.
- Keep records of daily transactions of the company.
- Classification of invoices and its supporting documents
- Assist the finance manager when requested.
- Analysis of financial transactions and shops requests
JOB-RELATED REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Experience of above 1 years working as a cashier
- A0 degree in financial accounting, the management or any other related fields
- Strong communication skills both in written, Verbal forms.
- Updated non-criminal certificate
- Must be proficient on a computer
- Strong pressure resistance.
- Must-know language at least English and local language Kinyarwanda.
- Being able to be faster learners.
