• Carry out comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment
• Accept accountability and responsibility for own actions within nursing practice
•   Recognizes appropriate priorities for care by recognizing and identifying expected outcomes which includes a timeframe for achievement.

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

• She/he must have Advanced Certificate (A2) in General Nursing
• He /She should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a complex and busy Hospital.
• Registered nurse with the Rwandan Nurses and Midwives Council.
• Effective communication skills
• Rwandan by Nationality
• Age not above 40 years

• Clean all reusable materials and prepare them for sterilization.
• To ensure that patients are comfortable and have enough supplies, e.g. pillows and linen, drinking water
•  Assisting patients with their bathing and dressing
• To Participate in stock management
• Performing basic nursing care ie, bed bath, feeding, and pressure area care.
• To participate in Prevention Infection control

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

• She/he must have a Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in accounting
• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA or CPA)
• He /She should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in accounting positions
• Experience of resource management.
• Experience of analyzing detailed information
• Effective communication skills
•  Rwandan by Nationality
• Age not above 40 years

• Coordinate the accounting function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to facilitate financial management.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to provide an annual analysis of the Hospitals Cash Flow
• Develop and implement systems and processes to anticipate shortfalls in the cash flow
• Ensure regular reconciliation of central accounts, ledger balances, and management reports
• To ensure the timely provision of accurate and relevant financial information in accordance with approved accounting policies and International Financial reporting standards (IASs and IFRSs).
• Establish systems and processes that highlight invoices that require immediate payment so that interest is not incurred.
•  Track and analyze costs, including clinical and non-clinical supplies, personnel costs, maintenance costs for the physical facility, plant and machinery, and all clinical equipment, for every activity performed in producing and delivering quality health services.

• He/she must have a master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• He/she should have Eight (8) years’ working experience with a minimum of five (5) years in a marketing and sales position preferably in a hospital or service industry setting with a proven track record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Branding management and/ or any other related qualification is an added advantage
• Proven Competencies in the development and implementation of strategy, business planning, and project management
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirement
• Competency in implementing digital Marketing tools &Strategies.
• Effective communication skills
• Rwandan by Nationality
• Age not above 45 years

• Develop and maintain communication and marketing strategies, policies, and procedures
• Develop and produce Hospital publications including information brochures, annual reports, and pamphlets.
• Develop and implement client surveys and respond to feedback
• Provide guidelines to managers regarding personal and professional representation to ensure Hospital reputation management.
•  Raise and maintain public awareness of Hospital services through press releases, advertising, and other promotional activities
•  Manage all complaints as per Policies and Procedures within designated timelines
•  Facilitate the design of and information for the Hospital website, ensuring appropriate information for all users and readers (employees, clients, medical practitioners, medical aid companies, partners and the community).
