Job at IPRC: Director of Administration and Human Resource (Deadline: 18 July 2018)
Act as the Human Resources advisor to the Management in order to provide strategic and technical advice on Human Resources matters
Design, implement and continuously review an overarching Human Resources management strategy, aligned with the IPRC Vision and Strategic Plan and ensure that the roles of individual employees are aligned accordingly.
Monitor, revise, and lead in institutionalizing Human Resources policies, philosophy, values and practices that embrace and drive the IPRC’s core values and objectives.
Propose, review, develop and deliver human resource policies that reflect best practices
To initiate and ensure the implementation of measures encouraging quality of services and staff performance.
Develop and lead implementation of qualitatively enhanced performance measurement and management systems, including initiating policies to strengthen performance management, talent management and training, and reward management.
Provide guidance to line Managers for effective performance Planning, Monitoring and evaluation,
To ensure that the IPRC is kept informed of all national events and to arrange and supervise over the participation of the IPRC body in any such events.
Prepare and monitor the budget allocated to the section
Managing staff leaves’ schedule
Drafting and issuing testimonials.
Identifying training needs for the IPRC staff
To perform other duties that may be assigned by the Vice Principal for Administration and Finance
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Administrative sciences, Management with 3 years of working experience or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Public Administration, Administratives Sciences and Business Administration with 1 year of working experience.
