Position Profiles Counts
Ref: RBC/SPIU/001; Financial Coordination Specialist –          Being of Rwanda nationality;
–          Hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a combined professional experience of last 5 years in Finance management and account for the same position or equivalent within a public organization or a government project; or–          Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a combined professional experience of at least 5 years in finance management and accounting for the same position or equivalent with a public organization or a government project; holding an ACCA, CPA shall constitute an advantage;

–          Knowledge of management processes in the public sector (budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, public contracts, internal control and audit) is a requirement;

–          Proven knowledge of the GOR financial management system (IFMIS) is a requirement, knowledge in other financial software (TOMPRO or SAGE) shall constitute an advantage;

–          Having a relevant working experience of at least 5 years with development projects and programs;

–          Have strong oral and written communication skills in Kinyarwanda, English and French;

–          Computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and search engines;

–          Organizational skills/managerial and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

–          Being ready to start work within 30 days from the notification of employment;

–          Be of proven moral integrity.

Ref: RBC/SPIU/002; Health Technology Operational Specialist –          Being of Rwanda nationality;
–          Hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering with preferably 2 years of experience in related fields, a working experience with Development partners is an added value–          Work experience in health systems which includes the areas of Planning, organization, coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation at the national level is an added value

–          Previous experience in a similar position or proven experience with international

–          Organization/institutional is an asset

–          Knowledge of the health sector in Rwanda and its structures is an advantage

–          Have a combined working experience in private and public sector in a advantage;

–          Excellent strategic and operational planning and monitoring skills to assist in effective and efficient management decision is an advantage

–          Teamwork and teambuilding towards achieving common goals

–          Punctual and a reliable person

–          High communicative and conduct skills

–          Organizational/managerial skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

–          Good report and quality writing skills

–          Good knowledge of ICT (Word, Excel, Power Point and Database)

–          Excellent oral and written communication in Kinyarwanda and English or French

–          Be of proven moral integrity;

Ref: RBC/SPIU/003; Financial Specialist –          Be of Rwanda nationality;
–          Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (A0) in Accounting or Finance;–          Possess relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in Accounting and Finance within a reputable public organization, a government project or a private organization highly recognized;

–          Working experience with development projects and programmes, in particular which funded by the IDA/World Bank is an advantage;

–          Proven knowledge of the GoR Financial management system (IFMIS) is a requirement, knowledge in other financial software (TOMPRO or SAGE) shall constitute an advantage;

–          Be able and willing to spend at least 50% of her/his working time in field for supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the financial management system in funded in funded institutions;

–          Have a strong oral and written communication skills in Kinyarwanda, English and French;

–          Computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Search engines;

–          Organizational Skills/managerial and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

–          Being ready to start work within 30 days from the notification of employment;

–          Be of proven moral integrity.

Ref: RBC/SPIU/004; Corporate Services Program Manager –          Being of Rwanda Nationality;
–          Hold a Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, holding an ACCA, CPA shall constitute an advantage;–          Possess relevant professional experience of at least 5 years in Administration and Finance management, budgeting and budgetary control, for the same position or equivalent within either a public organization, a government project or a highly recognized private organization ;

–          Having a relevant working experience of at least 5 years with development projects and programs;

–          Knowledge of management processes in the public sector (budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, public contracts, internal control and audit);

–          Proven knowledge of the GoR financial management system (IFMIS) is a requirement, knowledge in other financial software (TOMPRO or SAGE) shall constitute an advantage;

–          Knowledge of procurement and staff management softwares (E-procurement and IPPS) shall constitute an advantage;

–          Have strong oral and written communication skills in Kinyarwanda, English and French;

–          Computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, and search engines;

–          Organizational skills/.managerial and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

–          Being ready to start work within 30 days from the notification of employment;

–          Be of proven moral integrity.

Ref: RBC/SPIU/005; HIV Coordination Planning, M&E Specialist –          Being of Rwandan nationality;
–          Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or Public. Health with at least 5 years of public health experience combined with project management/planning, monitoring and evaluation;–          Having a work experience with multilateral and bilateral agencies or other international organizations;

–          Ability to analyze, understand and interpret statistical information (reports and analysis of data/information; highly recommend);

–          Knowledge of the health sector in Rwanda and its structures;

–          Have strong oral and written communication skills in Kinyarwanda, English and French;

–          Computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and search engines;

–          Organizational skills/managerial and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

–          Being ready to start work within 30 days from the notification of employment;

–          Be of proven moral integrity.
