Job Description:
The Evaluation Officer will be responsible for conducting independent evaluations of the United Nations Secretariat’s funds and programmers activities. The Evaluation Officer will work as part of a team of evaluators and will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, designing, and conducting evaluations.
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- Writing evaluation reports.
- Presenting evaluation findings to management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in public administration, international relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in evaluation, preferably in the United Nations or other international organizations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
