The Leadership Consortium (TLC) is seeking a Director of Product Operations (Remote, U.S.) to drive the delivery of our flagship leadership development programs. This senior-level, full-time role is remote-first with required quarterly travel to Boston.
Founded by Harvard Business School Professor Frances Frei, best-selling author Anne Morriss, and technology executive Cara Shortsleeve, TLC is a global leader in executive coaching and leadership development.

We operate as a flexible, remote-first organization with strong culture and quarterly in-person gatherings in Boston.

At the center of TLC is our Leaders Program, combining curriculum, executive coaching, and peer learning to deliver transformational impact.
As the Director of Product Operations, you will:
- Lead program delivery across classes, coaching, and community.
- Translate strategy into systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with faculty and coaches to bring curriculum and community experiences to life.
- Enhance participant experience through continuous improvement and innovation.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at building scalable operations while rolling up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Operationalize Strategy: Develop playbooks, frameworks, and delivery systems.
- Oversee Program Operations: Manage timelines, tools, and execution across program cycles.
- Support Curriculum & Faculty: Refine materials, coordinate sessions, and ensure top-quality delivery.
- Strengthen Community: Curate guest speakers, run Fireside Chats, and design alumni initiatives.
