The Leadership Consortium (TLC) is seeking a Director of Product Operations (Remote, U.S.) to drive the delivery of our flagship leadership development programs. This senior-level, full-time role is remote-first with required quarterly travel to Boston.

Founded by Harvard Business School Professor Frances Frei, best-selling author Anne Morriss, and technology executive Cara Shortsleeve, TLC is a global leader in executive coaching and leadership development.

We operate as a flexible, remote-first organization with strong culture and quarterly in-person gatherings in Boston.

As the Director of Product Operations, you will:

• Lead program delivery across classes, coaching, and community.
• Translate strategy into systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
• Collaborate with faculty and coaches to bring curriculum and community experiences to life.
• Enhance participant experience through continuous improvement and innovation.

This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who excels at building scalable operations while rolling up their sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize Strategy: Develop playbooks, frameworks, and delivery systems.
• Oversee Program Operations: Manage timelines, tools, and execution across program cycles.
• Support Curriculum & Faculty: Refine materials, coordinate sessions, and ensure top-quality delivery.
• Strengthen Community: Curate guest speakers, run Fireside Chats, and design alumni initiatives.
