• Fulfil the Guest Needs: Understand and fulfill their requests, especially for special needs.
• Efficient service: Adhere to service standards and timeframes.

• Resolve issues: Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards: Uphold Jumeirah’s quality standards.
• Accurate record-keeping: Complete sales reports and other necessary paperwork.

• Welcoming Guests: Ensure all candidates and colleagues have a positive, professional, and supportive experience when interacting with HR.

• Learning Experience: Develop your knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems to accurately and efficiently answer basic employee queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Student or Recent Graduate: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business school.
• Preferred Experience: Prior internship in a 5-star hotel or luxury environment is a plus, but not required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional international languages are beneficial.
