Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support:
  • Assist employees with hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve technical problems via various communication channels.
• Active Directory Management:
  • Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• IT Asset Management:
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Provide “Hands & Feet” support for the movement of IT assets.
• ITIL Processes:
  • Participate in Support & Incident management following ITIL processes.
• User Access Management:
  • Assist in User Access Management for hospitality applications.
• Systems Administration:
  • Contribute to IT Systems Administration for hospitality applications.
• New Hotel Openings:
  • Support IT-related tasks for New Hotel Openings, ensuring smooth IT transitions.
• Data Protection:
  • Liaise with vendors for initiatives related to the Data Protection Office.
  • Facilitate data protection initiatives.
