The Technology Engineering Graduate Programme supports new graduates on a three-year journey through the digital and technical landscape of one of the world’s leading professional services firms. From day one, graduates will gain practical experience across the delivery lifecycle—from shaping projects and managing technical incidents to developing solutions using modern frameworks such as .NET, Python, ReactJS, Terraform, and more. The programme is built to equip participants with the skills and confidence to contribute meaningfully within high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Professional Growth and Learning

To prepare graduates for success, the programme begins with an 11-week Engineering Bootcamp. This intensive training ensures that all participants, regardless of academic background, are equipped with the foundational skills needed to excel. Throughout the programme, there is ongoing access to technical learning, leadership development, and a strong support network.

Graduates may work across various specialist areas, including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud Engineering, Automation, Cyber, and Microsoft Business Services. One possible placement includes the Tax Technology Software Engineering team, which focuses on developing cloud-native applications and digital tools for KPMG’s Tax & Law clients using agile and test-driven development practices.

Requirements

KPMG welcomes applications from individuals with a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline. A technology background is not required. The firm is particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
