Job description
1. Technical Supporting
To conduct laboratory tests and analysis
To prepare practical work for students
To curry out risk assessment for lab activities
To collect and analyze samples
To record and present data
To control lab stock
To safely keep chemicals and waste products
2. Lab maintenance
To ensure maintenance and cleaning of laboratory materials.
1. BSc in Food Science/ Food Technology/Food Biotechnology/analytical chemistry or related discipline
2. Minimum 2 year of working experience in food technology/biotechnology/analytical chemistry lab.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of the work practices processes and procedures relevant to the Laboratory activity including use of modern food analysis equipment (like HPLC, GC, AAS, PCR, etc.).
4. Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
5. Flexible and adaptive with a positive approach to change.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology
2 Years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s of Science in Food Biotehcnology
2 Years of relevant experience
