Duties: The incumbent provides full supervision of 8 multi-trade technicians and tradesmen. Oversight of journeyman level installation, preventive and routine maintenance, and routine and urgent repairs on facilities, systems, and equipment in Government Owned and Operational Lease office and residential properties.
