Life Skills Instructor at NATIONAL COMMISION FOR DEMOBILISATIO AND REINTEGRATION (NCDR): (Deadline 11 November 2021)
Job description
– Answerable to Child Rehabilitation Center Manager;
– Design individual learning plans (ILPs) for child ex-combatants following the international standards for DDR process;
– Perform all daily records of Centre activities and document emergent situations;
– Train and raise child ex-combatants awareness/knowledge on essential Government programs and policies;
– Instruct child ex-combatants on positive reinforcement practices (PRPs) that promote communication, active participation and social interaction among child ex-combatants and in future community;
– Assist child ex-combatants in rehabilitation programs/activities; addressing cognitive remediation and social skills training;
– Produce and submit daily situation reports, weekly flash reports, monthly statistical reports and quarterly narrative reports to his/her supervisor.
– Perform other official duties assigned by the supervisor.
