Applications are now open for the LOCALINTERNational 2025 Internship in Turkey. This is a fully funded internship for international students from around the world. The internship will last for 8 days, running from August 31st to September 7th, 2025. Organized annually by the Union of Municipalities of Turkey, this internship aims to provide training to foreign students. International students will learn about the basic principles of Turkish local government through examples of municipal work, socialize, and observe best practices through field visits. There is no application fee, and IELTS is not required. This fully funded internship will cover accommodation, flight tickets, food, and transfers. More details are below.
