Applications are now open for the 2026 LOTUS Bank Entry Level Programme. LOTUS Bank is pleased to invite applications for the Entry Level Programme 2026 (ELP 14) — the flagship early-career development initiative designed to attract, develop, and empower young, high-potential graduates who aspire to build a rewarding career in ethical and non-interest banking. The ELP provides a structured pathway for young talent to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to the mission of delivering innovative, ethical, and inclusive financial solutions.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrable analytical and quantitative proficiency.
- A B.Sc. degree in any numerical discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Lower.
- Must not be older than 26 years at the time of application.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate at the time of application.
