Eligibility Requirements of the Lusail University Scholarship

• Be a citizen of a developing country and not a resident of Qatar.
• Be between 18 and 22 years old at the time of application.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with at least 90% overall grade.
• Must not have previously obtained a higher education degree or certificate.
• Pass Lusail University’s internal language proficiency test.
• Complete a personal interview conducted by the university.

Required Documents for the Lusail University Scholarship

1. Valid passport with at least six months’ validity.
2. Certified birth certificate proving date of birth.
3. High school diploma and transcripts attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of Qatar.
4. Medical certificate confirming physical fitness; health test to be repeated upon arrival in Qatar.
5. Police clearance certificate or certificate of good conduct from the home country.
6. Written authorization from a parent or legal guardian granting permission to study abroad.

How to Apply for the Lusail University Scholarship

2. Apply for admission to Lusail University
   • You must submit an application for undergraduate admission at Lusail University via its official portal. The scholarship is tied to being admitted first.
3. Submit required documents
   • Along with your admission application, attach/submit all required documents (passport, transcripts, etc.), properly attested.

   • Once Lusail University accepts your admission, successful applicants are evaluated for the scholarship. In many cases, you do not need to submit a separate scholarship application after admission, as it is often automatic if you meet the criteria.
